Adding ISA host cards to the system
When you physically install an ISA host card in your system you also need to add the c ard to
the list of installed devices in the system.
To add ISA host cards to your system proceed as follows;
1. Download the laste st RIO driver zip file, rio-x86.zip, from the Perle website.
2. Unzip the drive r zip file to a local directory.
3. In the Windows des ktop, click on the Start button and select Settings > Control Panel.
The control panel window is now displayed.
4. In the control pan el window, double click on the Add/Remove Hardware icon.
The Add/Remove Hardware Wizard is now displayed.
Note
The addresses used by RIO host cards are normally set by default.
This procedure is used when you wish to set non-standard addresses.
