TOF (Top–of–Form)
Purpose Advances the paper or adjusts top–of–form one line or one page at a time.
Status The indicator is always off, you must press to activate.
Action To move the paper one line; press and release very quickly. To move the
paper one page or the to the top of the next form; press and hold for about
one second.
Other Reset the TOF each time you load paper. Setting TOF after a paper load is
described on page 3–16.
F/L (Form Length)
Purpose Allows the top of the page to begin in the same place on unusual length
forms.
Status The indicator is always off.
Action Press to activate.
Other Paper that is a nonstandard length will need to have the new length set. You
can select any length from 3 inches to 24 inches in one–half inch increments.
