Changing the Display Language

(CLP-600N Only)
To change the language that is displayed on the control panel,
take the followin g step s:

In ready mode, press the
Menu
button ( ) on the
control panel until you see “Setup” on the bottom line of
the display.

Press the
Enter
button ( ) to access the menu.

Press the
Enter
button ( ) whe n “L CD Lan gu age”
displays o n th e bo tto m line o f the d ispla y.

Press the scroll button ( or ) until the language you
want to use displays.

Press the
Enter
button ( ) to save the selection.

Press the
On Line/Cont inue
button ( ) to return to
ready mode.

Installing the Printer Software

You must install software using the supplied Printer

software CD after you have set up your printer and

connected it to your computer. For details, see the

Before you begin, ensure that your system meets the minimum
requirements. Yo u r pr inte r supports the follow ing operating
system.
• Windows 98SE/Me/NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003 - The following
table shows Windows requirements.
NOTES
:
• For Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003, the system
administrator should install the software.
• Windows NT 4.0 is only supported on the CLP-600N.
• Macintosh 10.3 ~ 10.4 - For details, see the
