Changing the Size of the Paper in the
Tray
The tray is preset to Letter or A4 size, depen d ing o n y o ur
country . To change the size to A4 or Letter, you must adjust the
pape r le ngth guide prop e rl y.
1 Pull the tr a y op e n . Afte r y o u pull it all the w ay out, lift up
the front par t o f the tray slightly to release the tray from
the printe r. Remove pap e r fro m the tr ay.
2 Push down o n th e metal plate until it locks into position.
3 Lift the paper length guide and place it in the correct
position for the paper size you are loading.

To remove the paper length guide, turn it slightly to your
right to relea se the locks on the bo ttom of th e guid e, then
pull it up.
To place the paper length guide in the paper position you
wan t, in sert th e locks o n th e b o ttom o f th e g u ide into th e
desired paper slot and push it all the way in.
4 Ho lding the h andle of the white stop per on the re ar par t of
the tray , rotate the handle counter clockwise and remove it
from the tray. After removing it, insert the sto pp e r in the
other hole and rotate it clockwise to lo ck it into po sition.
