Solving Problems

Pull the optional Tray2 open. After you pull it all the way

out, lift up the front part of the tra y sligh tly to re lease the

tra y from the pr inte r.

If you see the jammed paper, remove the paper from the

printer by gently pulling it straight out as shown below.

Slide the tr ay back into the printer and close th e tw o j am

covers.

Open the a ccess door.
