DDNS Setup
Set up DDNS (Dynamic DNS).
J Using DDNS, you can connect to the DVR with Internet Explorer with the domain name entered in the DDNS setup.
You don’t have to enter the IP address to connect to the DVR.

1.Check <Use DDNS>.
2.Select a DDNS server.
Using public servers requires subscription to create a new ID and password for domain setup.
3.Enter the <ID> and <Password>.
4.Enter the <Domain Name>.
5.Click <Register Domain>.
The entered domain name will be registered with the DDNS server.
J Use the default address that is supplied with the DVR for <Default Server IP>.
If you use a proprietary DDNS server, enter the corresponding DDNS server’s ID and password, and enter the domain name.
<User Local IP> is not generally used.
To connect to the DVR using a remote terminal program over intranet such as LAN, select <User Local IP> option.
