7.5 Test Measurements

All the test measurements which can be displayed by pressing the TEST button are also available to the host computer via the RS-232 interface. The host computer should issue a request for a test measurement, and then the CPU will send the current value of the test measurement to the RS-

232 output. The format of the test measurement message is:

T DDD:HH:MM IIII TEST MEASUREMENT<CRLF>

For example, the format of the DC Power Supply output in mV would be:

T 194:11:29 0000 DCPS= 2500 MV<CRLF>

To request a test measurement, the host must issue a command of the form:

T MEASUREMENT<CRLF>

For a summary of all test functions issue the command "T LIST". Table 7-8lists the commands and the corresponding test measurements which will be returned.
