Il est recommandé de préchauffer l'élément du grilloir avant de commencer la cuisson. Préchauffer jusqu'à ce que le voyant s'éteigne.

Décongelez les aliments avant de faire griller.

Fermez la porte pendant le grillage.

Les steaks doivent avoir au moins 1 po d'épaisseur si la cuisson saignante est désirée. Utilisez le grilloir à convection si les steaks ont plus de 1-1/2 po d'épaisseur. (Grilloir à convection disponible dans le grand four.)

Tournez les aliments une seule fois à la mi-cuisson. Il n'est pas nécessaire de tourner les aliments minces (tranches de jambon, filets de poisson, etc.). Les tranches de foie doivent être tournées, quelle qu'en soit l'épaisseur.

Utilisez une minuterie. Réglez-la au temps minimum afin de vérifier les aliments.
