Hornear con una rejilla

El modo Bake (hornear) sirve mejor para hornear con una sola rejilla en la posición #3 que se usa para la mayoría de los alimentos horneados. Cuando el alimento está muy alto, como un pastel tipo bizcocho, se puede usar la posición de rejilla #2. Las tartas, para que la corteza esté bien cocida sin que la parte superior esté demasiado dorada, salen mejor en la posición de rejilla #2. Para asar piezas grandes de carne o pollo, como una chuleta de res o un pavo, la posición #2 es la más aconsejada.

Hornear con dos rejillas

Se pueden usar las posiciones de rejilla 2 y 5 para platos horneados. Se puede también recurrir a la cocción por convección.

Hornear con tres rejillas

Para hornear con tres rejillas, es preferible utilizar el modo Convection Bake (hornear por convección).

Hornilla secundaria (modelos de 48 pulg.)

Hornear en la posición 3 da mejores resultados. Cuando se necesita más espacio, se puede utilizar está posición. Las tartas, para que la corteza esté bien cocida sin que la parte superior esté demasiado dorada, salen mejor en la posición de rejilla.
