Header pages and If an online job has header pages only (no trailers), DJDEs that online DJDEs are invoked within a report remain in effect for the first header

page of the following report; however, they do not remain in effect beyond the end of that header page. These conditions occur because the end of the first report is not detected until the first header page of the following report is received and processed.
