Step 5. Close the printer door.
Step 6. Open the laminator door.
Step 7. Remove the laminate cassette(s). You can leave unused laminate in the cassette(s). Step 8. Close the laminator door.
Step 9. Place the lower foam insert in the carton.
Step 10. Remove the input hopper and and the output hopper, and set them in the cutouts of the lower foam insert. Tape the hoppers securely in place.
Step 11. Place the unit in its protective plastic bag.
Note • In the following two illustrations, the protective plastic bag has been omitted for clarity. Note that the strap loops have been colored (blue, green, and red) for clarity.
Step 12. Attach the carrying strap around the unit in the following order:
a.Place loop #1 around the rear of the unit.
b.Place loop #2 around the laminator side of the unit.
c.Place loop #3 around the Card Input and OCP Assembly on the printer side of the unit.
