Access Buttons

























 







 



Access buttons have the following default settings:

1The first three buttons in this group (starting from the bottom) are lines for incoming and outgoing calls (System Appearance buttons SA1, SA2, and SA3). You administrator can assign up to six additional System Appearance buttons (buttons 2 through 7) to your phone.

2Personal Speed Dial 6 — See Speed Dialing.

7Personal Speed Dial 1

8Headset — Enables or disables the use of a headset connected to the telephone. See Using a Headset.

9Do Not Disturb — Enables the Do Not Disturb feature. See Activating Do Not Disturb.

10Forward Universal — Allows you for forward all calls to different destinations. See Call Forwarding.

11Call Park — Allows you to place a call in a “holding pattern” and retrieve it from any other telephone in the system. See Call Park.

12Call History — Enables you to view the last 10 missed, answered, or dialed calls on the Display Panel. See Viewing the Call Logs.
