Add call log to existing work ticket

For each call, you can decide whether you want to open a new work ticket or whether you want to add the new call log to an existing work ticket.

You are taking the call. Work tickets with call logs already exist for the call number.

Click Journal in the toolbar and select your workgroup's tab.

All work tickets in the list that contain one or more call logs with the same caller’s number are highlighted in yellow.

You can now open one of the highlighted work tickets, one of the other listed work tickets, or a new work ticket. You open one of the highligh- ted work tickets:

Select one of the work tickets in the list that is highlighted in yellow, and click Open work ticket.

The work ticket dialog and a new call log (in the middle frame) are opened. The call logs already entered are displayed in the bottom frame.

Enter your call log in the middle frame.

Save the call log you just entered.
