TIMER ON DELAY

Timer	T4:1
Time Base	1.0
Preset	15
Accum	0

Timer On Delay	If the input conditions go true, timer T4:1 starts incrementing in
TON	1-second intervals. When the accumulated value is greater than
	or equal to the preset value (15), the timer stops and sets the

EN - Enable	done bit.
