Register the party’s voice tag for voice dialing.

See Registering voice dialing voice tags, p. 2-14.

The fax asks you if you want to register the voice tag.

Press [:] or [#] to select YES or NO.

•If you selected NO in step 7, proceed to step 9.

•If you selected YES in step 7:

After a tone, speak the party’s name into the microphone.

The fax asks you to speak the party’s name again.

After a tone, speak into the microphone again.

To assign additional one-touch speed dialing numbers, start from step 4 . To finish, press [Stop].
