Deleting messages

1Use [3] or [4] to select the type of message you want to delete.

FAXTEL MESSAGE

2Press [Delete].

The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the message.

YES=(A) NO=(#)

3Press [:] to delete the message.

If you do not want to delete the message, press [#].

Press [Start/Copy].

2Use [3] or [4] to select ERASE.

3Press [Start/Copy] .

The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the message.

YES=(A) NO=(#)

4Press [:] to delete the message.

If you do not want to delete the message, press [#].

nYou cannot delete the OUTGOING MESSAGE. The old outgoing message will be automatically deleted when you record your new message.
