1.In the Fax Setup dialog box, click the appropriate tab to display the options you want to verify or change.

2.Once you have the appropriate Fax Setup tab displayed, specify your changes.

3.To save changes and close the dialog box, click OK. When prompted, choose whether or not you want to overwrite the settings on your MultiPASS.

• To exit the dialog box without saving your changes, click Cancel.

When you save your changes, the MultiPASS Fax Setup options are saved in the Desktop Manager, as well as on the MultiPASS unit.

Setting Up Fax Preferences

To set up various fax options, choose the Fax Setup command from the Setup menu.

You see the Fax Setup dialog box. You can change the following options on the Preferences tab.
