If you have only one phone line in your office, you can set up the

MultiPASS 1000 to receive both documents and telephone calls.

The MultiPASS 1000 is automatically set up (at the factory) for a shared line. You only need to follow this procedure if you have changed the factory settings.

1.Press FUNCTION.

SELECT MENU

2.Press 5.

SELECT MENU 5.RX SETTINGS

3.Press START/COPY.

RX SETTINGS 1.ECM RX

4.Press the arrow buttons until the following display appears.
