User Tagged Mode
Features:
Network port learning is based on MAC+VLAN
User port learning is based on MAC+VLAN
TDMoIP & Managers traffic must be tagged.

** A priority-tagged frame (frame with a tag and VLAN-ID 0) is treated just like an
untagged frame. This includes rewriting the priority field with 0.
