The operating system cannot read from the hard drive or USB device, the system could not find a particular sector on the disk, or the requested sector is defective.

Replace the USB medium or device. Ensure that the USB or hard drive cables are properly connected. See "Troubleshooting a USB Device" on page 127, "Troubleshooting an Internal USB Key" on page 137, and "Troubleshooting a Hard Drive" on page 142.
