CHAPTER 4—USING THE REMOTE MANAGEMENT UTILITY

CHANGE WEB ACCESS PASSWORD

If desired, you can set up a password to prevent unauthorized users from using the Remote Management utility to change the autoloader’s configuration settings from the Configuration page. To set up a password, use the following fields:

Field	Description
Current Web	If a password has already been set and you want to change
Access	it, enter the current password.
Password
New Web	Enter a new password for the page. The password can be
Access	from 1 to 6 letters and can include spaces. The password is
Password	not case-sensitive.
Confirm New	Re-enter the new password.
Web Access
Password

After filling in the fields, click on the Update button below the fields to enact the password.

If you want to cancel the password, enter the current password in the Current Web Access Password, and leave the New Web Access Password and Confirm New Web Access Password fields blank. Then, click on the Update button.

VIEWING INFORMATION ON THE STATISTICS PAGE

Click on Statistics at the top of the page to view the Statistics page. Figure 4-3shows an example of the Statistics page.
