NAME showaltitude - display the altitude of the system and whether the air filter installed
SYNOPSIS showaltitude
showaltitude -h
DESCRIPTION The showaltitude(8) command displays the current settings for the altitude of the
system and whether the air filter installed.
Whether the air filter installed is displayed on the M4000/M5000 servers only.
The displayed altitude value is a multiple of 100 meters.
Privileges You m ust h ave platadm or fieldeng privileges to run this command.
Refer to setprivileges(8) for more information.
OPTIONS The following option is supported:
EXTENDED
DESCRIPTION
■The air filter is displayed only when it is installed. If the filter is not installed
nothing is displayed.
■The setaltitude(8) command sets the altitude of the system and whether or
not the air filter installed.
EXAMPLES EXAMPLE 1 Displays the altitude of the system.
EXAMPLE 2 Displays the altitude of the M4000/M5000 servers with the air filter installed.
EXIT STATUS The following exit values are returned:
