Wiring 2-Wire Smoke Detectors to Zone 1
2K EOL resistors must be used on fire zones and must be connected across the loop wires of each zone at the last detector.

2Connect detectors (including heat detectors, if used) across terminals of the zone selected. All detectors must be wired in parallel. See Figure
3Connect the EOLR at the last detector in the loop across the zone’s terminals. You must connect the EOLR across the loop wires at the last detector.
