ALIMENTS POUR BEBE

MELANGE DE CAROTTES ET DE POMMES DE TERRE

60 g (1⁄2 tasse) de carottes (de petite taille) en rondelles

80 g (1⁄2 tasse) de pommes de terre (de taille moyenne) pelées et coupées en cubes

125 ml (1⁄2 tasse) de bouillon de volaille à teneur réduit en sodium

25 ml à (2 à 3 cuillères à

45 ml soupe) de lait entier

Mettez les carottes, les pommes de terre et le bouillon de volaille dans une casserole. Portez à ébullition. Réduisez la température et cuisez à feu doux, à découvert, pendant 10 à 15 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les légumes soient très tendres. Laissez refroidir 5 minutes.

Mettez le mélange de légumes refroidi et 2 cuillères à soupe (25 ml) de lait dans le bol du blender. Couvrez et mixez à pendant 10 secondes environ ; raclez les bords du bol si nécessaire. Mélangez au blender à pendant 30 secondes ; raclez les bords du bol

toutes les 10 secondes. Ajoutez 1 cuillère à soupe (15 ml) de lait si nécessaire. Conservez au réfrigérateur.

150 ml (2⁄3 tasse) d’eau

25 g (1⁄3 tasse) de flocons d’avoine à cuisson rapide

55g (1⁄4 tasse) de tranches de pêches dans leur jus, en boîte ou surgelées, dégelées et égouttées

15 ml (1 cuillère à soupe) de lait entier

Mettez l’eau dans la casserole. Portez à ébullition. Ajoutez les flocons d’avoine et portez à nouveau à ébullition. Réduisez la température et faites cuire à feu doux, à découvert, pendant 1 minute environ. Couvrez et laissez refroidir 5 minutes.

Mettez les flocons d’avoine, les pêches et le lait dans le bol du blender. Couvrez et mixez à pendant 10 secondes environ ; raclez les bords du bol si nécessaire. Mixez à pendant 30 secondes environ. Conservez au réfrigérateur.

Pour 1 tasse (250 ml).

NAPPAGE A LA BANANE

120 g (1⁄2 tasse) de yaourt maigre à la vanille ou à la fraise

1banane moyenne, en rondelles

15 ml (1 cuillère à soupe) de miel

15 ml (1 cuillère à soupe) de jus d’orange

1⁄8 cuillère à soupe de cannelle

Mettez les ingrédients dans le bol du blender. Couvrez et mixez à pendant 40 secondes environ ; raclez les bords du bol toutes les 20 secondes. Servez sur des fruits frais coupés.

Pour 11⁄4 tasse (300 ml).
