500g extra magert malet nötkött

125 g malet fläskkött

1⁄4 kopp (25 g) skorpsmulor

1 ägg

1 tesked salt

1 matsked (15 ml) olja

1kopp (70 g) skivad eller kluven färsk svamp

11⁄4 kopp (300 ml) köttbuljong

1matsked maisenamjöl 1⁄2 tesked basilika

1⁄4 tesked peppar

Placera löken i mixertillbringaren. Täck och blanda på under 5 till 8 sekunder eller tills den har hackats. på 4 till 5 gånger, vardera gång 8 till 10 sekunder tills innehållet har mixats, skrapa sidorna om det behövs. Forma köttet till 32 köttbullar (4 cm).

Hetta upp olja i en stor “nonstick” panna på medelhög värme. Lägg i köttbullarna. Stek 5 till 8 minuter eller tills de är bruna, skaka om då och då.

Diska under tiden mixern ordentligt och montera ihop igen. Placera svampen, buljongen, maisena, basilika och

peppar i mixern. Mixa på under 5 sekunder, eller tills svampen hackats. Häll det över köttbullarna i pannan. Koka, rör konstant, tills det bubblar. Minska värmen till medelhög. Koka 8 till 10 minuter eller tills såsen har tjocknat och köttbullarna är genomkokta. Servera, om så önskas,med ris eller potatis.
