25 ml a 45 ml (2 a 3 cucharadas) de leche entera

Poner la zanahoria, la patata, y el caldo en la cacerola. Llevar a punto de ebullición. Reducir a fuego lento y cocinar sin la tapadera de 10 a 15 minutos, hasta que las verduras estén muy tiernas. Dejar enfriar 5 minutos. Poner las verduras templadas junto con 2 cucharadas

(25 ml) de leche en el recipiente. Tapar y licuar en unos 10 segundos; raspar la cara interior del recipiente

si es necesario. Licuar en unos 30 segundos; raspar la cara interior del recipiente cada 10 segundos. Añadir 1 cucharada (15 ml) de leche si resulta necesario.

Conservar en el frigorífico. Cantidad: 1 taza (250 ml).

CREMA DE AVENA CON MELOCOTÓN

150 ml (2⁄3 taza) de agua

25 g (1⁄3 taza) de copos de avena de cocción rápida

55g (1⁄4 taza) de rodajas de melocotón en conserva descongelado y escurrido

15 ml (1 cucharada) de leche entera

Poner el agua a hervir en la cacerola. Añadir los copos de avena, remover y volver a hervir. Reducir a fuego lento y cocinar sin tapadera durante 1 minuto. Tapar y dejar enfriar 5 minutos.

Poner en el recipiente de la licuadora la avena, los

melocotones y la leche. Tapar y licuar en unos

10 segundos; raspar la cara interior del recipiente si es

necesario. Licuar en 30 segundos aproximadamente. Conservar en el frigorífico.

Cantidad: 1 taza (250 ml).

ADEREZO DE PLÁTANO

120 g (1⁄2 taza) de yogur semidesnatado de vainilla o fresa

1plátano mediano en rodajas

15 ml

(1 cucharada) de miel

15 ml

(1 cucharada) de zumo

 

de naranja

cucharadita de canela

Poner los ingredientes en el recipiente. Tapar y licuar en

unos 40 segundos; raspar la cara interior del recipiente cada 20 segundos. Servir sobre fruta fresca en rodajas. Cantidad: 11⁄4 tazas (300 ml).
