TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR
STATOR/ROTOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. TEST DESCRIPTION
The following procedure will aid the technician in removing and replacing the Commander 300 stator and rotor.
MATERIALS NEEDED
3/8" Wrench | Slot head screw driver |
7/16" Wrench | Phillips head screw driver |
1/2" Wrench | Gear puller (small) |
3/4" Wrench | Hoist |
1" Open end wrench | Feeler gauge (for air gap check) |

This procedure should take approximately 51⁄2 hours to perform.
