Description
Normally when the units go offline, a disconnect message is sent and this counter increments.

This is set when the modem connects.
OK: none
Offline: The digital port is not being recognized.
Check wiring to the System Ensure the digital port is enabled on the DEFINITY ECS.
Check for damaged port hardware

Move the card to a known working slot position to verify it is the wiring and not the card itself.

If the card has been in service for a while and has never gone online (connected) verify if the card has ever rung or if abnormal disconnects count is high.
