Description/Function

If set to “Enable”, the caller can hold the call or take an Incomplete Call Handling service option. For example, leaving a message when the called extension is busy.

While on hold, the VPS asks the caller repeatedly whether he wishes to continue the hold or take an Incomplete Call Handling service option.

If set to “Disable”, the VPS offers callers Incomplete Call Handling service. immediately.

If set to “Enable”, callers on hold are informed of their current position in the call hold queue.
