Alternate Extension Group
Description Transfers the call coming in to the extensions in this group following the
sequence specified by “Alternate Extension Transfer Sequence”.

Auto Configuration (D-PITS Only)
Description The VPS can obtain extension numbers from a Panasonic KX- TD series
telephone system to automatically create mailboxes.
Conditions
l This feature is available only when the D-PITS Voice Mail Integration with
a Panasonic KX-TD series telephone system is activated.
l All the mailboxes are numbered the same length. If your PBX provides
extension numbers with three and four digits at the same time, the VPS
attaches ‘0’ to the end of the three digit numbers to make them to four
digits.

Auto Forwarding
Description Messages that have not been listened to for a specified amount of time can
be automatically forwarded or copied to another mailbox.
Conditions l This service is available only to Subscribers.
l Class of Service programming determines the mailboxes that can use this
feature.
l Messages marked as private cannot be forwarded.
