Note:

Each Class of Service defines a set of services available for Subscribers. A maximum of 64 Class of Service can be es- tablished. You can set each Class of Service from a tele- phone. For the details of individual description, see Setting Class of Service Parameters in Chapter 4. COS No. 63 and No. 64 have been assigned to the Message Man- ager and the System Manager respectively.

Log in the main command menu.

Press I(ill for Other Features.

Press m to set the Class of Service.

Enter the COS number (1 - 64).

Auto Forwarding Status *I. **

*’ : Do not set in the COS No. 63 (Message Manager)

*2: Do not set in the COS No. 64 (System Manager)

Personal Greeting Length

5The current setting is played. Press 0 to change the setting.

6Enter the personal greeting length (8 - 60 seconds).

The value is automatically raised to a unit by four second increment.

7Confirm your entry and press m to accept it.

New Message Retention Time

8The current setting is played. Press 0 to change the setting.

9 Enter the retention time (up t.o 30 days).

_ 10 Confirm your entry and press a to accept it.

Saved Message Retention Time

11The current setting is played.

Press 0 to change the setting (up to 30 days/O: Unlimited).

12 Enter the retention time.

13 Confirm your entry and press a to.accept it. .-
