Station Programming
Two- Way Transfer Button (Assignment) *
Allows you to assign a Flexible (CO, DSS) button as a Two-Way Transfer button.
- Be sure that you are in the Station Programming mode: Press [PROGRAM][9][9].
1. Press the desired Flexible (CO, DSS) button which you wish to
assign as the Two-Way Transfer button.
2. Dial 91.
l The display shows:
3. Enter the extension number of the voice mail.
l The display shows:
(xxxx: VM extension number)
l To erase the entry, press the CLR (S2) button or the
TRANSFER (CLEAR) button.
(The TRANSFER button becomes the CLEAR button while in programming
mode.)
4. Press STORE button.
l The STORE indicator light turns on.
l The display shows the initial programming mode.
- To exit from Station Programming mode: Press [PROGRAM] or lift the handset.
Conditions
l You cannot enter a non-existent extension or a floating number.
l The voice mail extension number is acceptable, if the number is assigned in program [ 1 171.
