Playing the rhythm

Sound Arranger

The SOUND ARRANGER feature lets you select other sounds for the AUTO PLAY CHORD parts of each rhythm.

1.Select the rhythm whose sound you wish to

change.

• Do not select the MEMORY button.

2.In the SOUND ARRANGER, press the SET button to turn it on.

• The display looks similar to the following.

3.Use the and buttons to select the part whose sound you wish to change.

4.Select the desired sound.

The DIGITAL EFFECT on/off status can also be specified (except for DRUMS part).

For the DRUMS part, select sounds from the DRUM KITS group.

The sound and on/off status of the DIGITAL EFFECT are shown on the display.

The sounds marked with # cannot be changed.

5.Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other parts as desired.

6.When you have finished selecting the sounds, press the SET button to turn it off.

Playing back the sounds

1.In the SOUND ARRANGER, press the OFF/ON button to turn it on.

2.Start the rhythm (automatic accompaniment).

• When the OFF/ON button is off, the factory- preset sounds are produced.

This setting can be set separately for each rhythm.

If you wish to modify the settings you speci- fied, while the OFF/ON button is on, press the SET button to turn it on.
