DSX-1	P1	Link Up	Recoverable signal present on the DSX-1
PORT	through		network.
	P8	Link Down	No signal on the port.
		LOF	The port has a Loss of Frame alignment.
		EER	The port has an Excessive Error Rate
			condition.
		Yellow	The port received a Yellow Alarm.
