Data Module

The Data Module performs conference data and control routing for up to 12 participants. The system allows for 12 conferences of one participant each, or one conference of 12 participants or any combination in between. In T.120 conferences, the data module does the Transcoding. The module supports various ITU-T T.120 standards for data transfer and application sharing in a multipoint conference.

The Data Module supports the following standards:

•ITU-T T.122/T.125—MCS (Multipoint Communications Service)

•ITU-T T.123—Transport Protocol Stacks

•ITU-T T.124—GCC (Generic Conference Control)
