MGC+ Hardware and Installation Manual

Fan Replacement for the MGC+100

The fans are hot swappable and can be replaced with the system running. The fans are located on the rear panel of the MGC+100. Use the following procedure to replace a faulty fan:

1.Disconnect the cable to the fan.

2.Unscrew the four screws on the rear panel of the MGC+100 that secure the fan.

3.Remove the fan.

4.Position the replacement fan correctly on the rear panel.

5.Tighten the four screws on the rear panel of the MGC+100 that secure the fan.

6.Connect the cable to the fan.
