Introduction

This manual describes the switch management tools which include the SANsurfer Switch Manager application (version 5.00) and the Command Line Interface (CLI) for the SANbox 1400 Series Fibre Channel switch (firmware version 5.0). The SANbox 1400 Series switch is a 10 port non-blocking Fibre Channel switch. This manual defines the features, components, and performance characteristics of the SANbox 1400 Series switch. The SANsurfer Switch Manager application is the primary focus of this manual which is organized as follows:
