Turning the OSD (On Screen Display) On / Off

●Turning the OSD on / off

1.Press the DISPLAY button. Each press of the button toggles the OSD function on and off.

2.When you turn the OSD off,

In REC mode: The STBY, REC, EASYQ modes are always displayed on the LCD monitor even when the OSD is turned off and key input is displayed for 3 seconds before disappearing.

In PLAY mode: When you press any function button, the function is displayed on the LCD monitor for 3 seconds before it disappears.

● Turning the DATE/TIME on / off

1.The DATE/TIME is not affected when the OSD function is switched ON or OFF.

2.To turn the DATE/TIME on or off, access the menu and

change the DATE/TIME mode (refer to page 39).

3.You may also use the Navigation Wheel (Quick Menu) to turn the DATE/TIME on or off.

Battery Installation for the Internal Clock

✤ You need to insert or replace the Lithium battery when:

✓ You purchase the camcorder

✤Ensure that you insert the Lithium battery cell

correctly, matching the + and – markings.

✤Be careful not to reverse the polarity of the battery.

●Encendido y apagado de la OSD

1.Pulse el botón DISPLAY. Al pulsar repetidas veces el botón, la función OSD cambiará alternativamente entre activada y desactivada (ON/OFF).

2.Al desactivar la OSD,

En el modo REC: Los modos STBY, REC, EASYQ siempre aparecen en el monitor LCD, incluso cuando la OSD se encuentra apagada y el nombre del modo aparece durante tres segundos antes de desaparecer.

En Modo PLAY: Si se pulsa algún botón de función, ésta aparece en el monitor LCD durante 3 segundos y después desaparece.

● Activación y desactivación de la fecha y la hora 1. La presentación de la fecha y la hora no se

ve afectada cuando se activa o desactiva la función OSD.

2. Para encender o apagar la presentación de fecha y hora, acceda al menú y cambie el modo DATE/TIME (fecha y hora) (consulte la página 39).

3.También puede utilizar la rueda de navegación (Menú rápido) para activar o

desactivar DATE/TIME (fecha y hora). (Consulte la página 68) (en modo REC)

Instalación de la pila para el reloj interno

✤Es necesario poner o reemplazar la pila de litio: ✓ Al comprar la videocámara

✤Asegúrese de que coloca la pila de litio correctamente
