❒When using ScanRouter V2 Professional, [Return Receipt] is displayed when a sender is selected.

❒When [Return Receipt] is se- lected, an e-mail notifying that the document file has been read by the destination party is sent to the sender se- lected here. To make [Return Receipt] effective, it is neces- sary to make the settings such as e-mail address in ad- vance on ScanRouter V2 Pro- fessional.

B Use the number keys to enter the five-digit short ID number that has been assigned to a sender.

Example: To enter 00006

Press the {6} key, and then the {#} key.
