10.2.5How to Configure the System contact, Name and Location

Command You can set the System contact, System Name and the System Location in the MIB II RFC1213. Use the following CLI command to do so:

config

[sysContact = <quoted string>] [sysName = <quoted string>] [sysLocation = <quoted string>] [traps <{disabledenabled}>]

Parameters This command has the following parameters:

Parameter	Value	Description
sysContact	<quoted string>	System Contact
sysName	<quoted string>	System Name
sysLocation	<quoted string>	System Location
traps	enable or disable	Enable or disable the sending
		of traps.
