Sine Wave TestsThis procedure checks the sine wave characteristics of the AWG610 Arbitrary
Waveform Generator output waveforms.
Equipment
required
A 50ĂWSMAĂcoaxial cable, a DC block, aĂBNC(Fe)ĆN(Ma)Ăadapter,Ăa
SMA(Fe)ĆBNC(Ma)Ăadapter,Ăanda spectrum analyzer.
Prerequisites The AWG610Arbitrary Waveform Generator must meet the
prerequisites listedon page B-8.
Do the following steps to install the test hookup and set the test equipment
controls:
1. Use the 50 WSMA coaxial cable, adapters, and DC Block to connect the
AWG610 Arbitrary Waveform Generator CH1 output connector to the input
connector on the spectrum analyzer (see Figure B–13).
