To Set the Secondary Oven to Warm

This feature maintains the warm environment needed for keeping cooked foods hot.

1.To preheat the oven turn the selector switch to warm about 10 minutes before use. Do not turn on the Oven Control Knob.

2.Place the hot food in the small oven then close the door. The ideal temper- ature for keeping the food warm will be maintained until the Selector Switch is turned off.

3.Do not open the oven door unnecessarily. Opening the door will reduce the temperature of the oven.

CAUTION

Food Safety Concern Food Poisoning Possible

Do not use the Warming Mode for cooking food. The warming oven mode is not hot enough to cook foods at safe temperatures.

To Set the Secondary Oven for Proofing

The proof feature maintains the warm, non-drafty environment needed for proofing yeast leavened products.

1.Place dough in dish in the small oven. Close the door.

2.Select PROOF using Selector Switch. Do not turn on Oven Control Knob.

The ideal temperature for proofing will be maintained until the Selector Switch is turned off.

The oven indicator light and the oven interior lights turn on.

The HEATING light will not turn on in the proofing mode.

3.Set a minute timer for the minimum proof time.
