Pour réglager le four auxiliaire pour faire lever des pâtes

La fonction « Proof » (Levage) fournit l’environnement de chaleur sans déplacement d’air nécessaire pour faire lever des produits contenant de la levure.

1.Placez le plat contenant la pâte dans le petit four. Fermez la porte.

2.Sélectionnez PROOF (Levage) à l’aide du sélecteur. Ne mettez pas le bouton de commande du four à la position OFF.

La température idéale du four pour faire lever la pâte sera maintenue jusqu’à ce que le sélecteur soit placé sur OFF.

Le voyant du four et l’éclairage intérieur du four s’allument.

Le voyant de chauffage ne s’allume pas quand le four est sur le mode Proof.

3.Utilisez un minuteur que vous réglerez sur le temps minimum nécessaire pour faire lever la pâte.

N’ouvrez pas inutilement la porte du four. L’ouverture de la porte fait baisser la température de l’air se trouvant dans le four et rallonge le temps de cuis- son.

Si vous utilisez le grand four en même temps, le temps nécessaire pour faire lever vos pâtes peut se voir réduit. Vérifiez votre pain plus tôt pour éviter qu’il ne lève trop. Si vous devez utiliser le grand four pendant une durée prolongée, nous vous recommandons de terminer d’abord le levage dans le petit four afin d’obtenir des résultats optimaux.
