➤ To transfer a call

1. While on a call, press	The Line or [DN] LED flashes green (conference rate).
Cnf/Trn.	You hear internal dial tone.
2. Dial the [DN] where	The Exchange line rings the called station. If you hear
the call will be	a single tone, you can then announce the call over the
transferred.	called telephone’s speaker. (If you hear ringing tone,
	the call was made with Tone Signalling.)
3. If the station is idle,
announce the call and
hang up
...or if the station is	The Line LED flashes green (on-hold). If you
busy or does not	transferred the call from a [DN], the [DN]’s LED turns
answer, hang up	off. The Exchange line or [DN] camps on to the called
	station and the called station receives a warning tone.
	The camped-on call rings when you hang up.

	if your telephone is busy).
	The LCD shows the
	Exchange line number and the
	station number [203] where it
	was originally transferred.
