Disks and Disk Drives
Your T2150CD series computer has a number of data storage features. This chapter introduces the computer’s data storage devices and describes how to use them.
Types of Disk Drives
The following data storage devices are available:
Hard disk drive | An internal 2 1/2”, 520 million byte (500MB) hard |

3 1/2” external diskette drive | The external 3 1/2” diskette drive stores 1.44MB of |
| data on a diskette. It can also read and write |
| diskettes formatted to store only 720KB. |
RAMDRIVE | The T2150CD series computers support |
| RAMDRIVE, a type of RAM Disk. For more |
| information about RAMDRIVE, refer to Chapter 9, |
| Memory. |
Hard Disk Drive
The internal 2 1/2” hard disk provides
You can allocate separate areas of the HDD to different operating systems. The HDD can support up to four different operating systems.
