the cord is frayed or damaged, replace it. If the terminals are soiled, wipe them with cotton or a clean cloth.
If the AC power cord still does not power the computer, contact your dealer.
Password
If you forgot your password, you can use your password service diskette to start the computer. If you did not make a password service diskette or if it doesn't work, see your dealer.

Hotkeys
