To resolve this in Furniture Wizard, do the following:

1.When this message appears in Furniture Wizard, click OK.

2.The item then displays on the Cipher Data Manager function with a 0 entry in the Item Number field.

3. Double-click the Item Number field to access the Inventory Lookup function.

4.Double-click the Model field and enter the model number.

5.Double-click the correct record in the list.
