1.4 Using this Manual

1.4.1 Assumptions

To successfully install and configure the components required for proper operation of the wireless scanner solution, you must have access to, or know the following settings for the local area network used in conjunction with Furniture Wizard in your operations:

ƒDNS Server

ƒIP Address

ƒDefault Gateway

ƒSubnet Mask

To use the Bluetooth scanner functions, you should also possess a basic understanding of the inventory and sales functions in the Furniture Wizard software.
