The following sections define the port LEDs on the Ethernet line cards.

LED | State | Description |

| Solid Green | The port has established an 1000 Mbps link |
|
| to a network device. |
|
|
|
| Flashing | The port is transmitting or receiving data at |
L/A | Green | 1000 Mbps. |
| Solid Amber | The port has established a 10 or 100 Mbps |
|
| link to a network device. |
|
|
|
| Flashing | The port is transmitting or receiving data at |
| Amber | 10 or 100. |
|
|
|
| Off | The port has not established a link with |
|
| another network device or the LEDs are |
|
| turned off. To turn on the LEDs, use the |
|
| |
|
