1.ON/OFF KEY
•The ON /OFF contr ol sys tem key operat es the function s of the control panel. If there is any power loss during opera tion, the ON /OFF indicator ligh t will fla sh. To clear, push key and release.
2.COOK KEY
•Temperature range 200° to 325°F (93° to 162°C).
•Used to sele ct cooking mod e and to revie w the cook temperatu re setting .
3.TIME KEY
•aximum tim e 24 hours .
•Used to select cook time and to review set time.
4.PROBE KEY
•Tempe rature range 50° to 195°F (10° to 91°C ).
•Used to sele ct internal produ ct prob e temper atu re mode and to revie w probe temper atu re setting .
5. HOLD• TempeKEYrature range 60° to 205°F (15° to 96°C ).
• Used to sele ct food holdi ng mode and to review the holding tem perature.
6. LOCK INDICATOR

7.OVEN PREHEAT INDICATOR
•Illuminates until the oven is preheated.
8.LED DISPLAY
•Indicates interior oven air tem peratu re,
inter nal product probe tem pera ture, and time. When used in conj unction with oth er keys , the display will review original cook ing, holding, and probe temp erature setti ngs. The display will also indi cate various programming and diagnost ic inform ation.
9.READY INDICATOR LIGHT
•Illuminates when the oven has finished preheating or has finished a cook cycle.
10.UP AND DOWN ARROWS
•Use d to increase or dec rease set time, in addition to coo king, holding, and probe tem perature setti ngs.
